European Gateway for Robotics Innovation and Employment
Objectives: The project aims to enhance the employability of young people and unemployed individuals by providing them with advanced skills in robotics, sensor technology, and innovation. We also seek to address digital transformation by developing participants’ digital readiness, resilience, and capacity, empowering them to succeed in the modern job market.
Implementation: Key activities include training programs in robotics and sensor technology, innovation and project development workshops, and business connections with internship opportunities. These activities will be supported by strong collaboration between project partners and the use of digital platforms like Google Workspace for coordination.
Results: We expect participants to acquire practical, job-ready skills in robotics and digital technologies, leading to improved employment opportunities. Additionally, the project will produce training materials, internship structures, and innovation workshops that can be used and shared with educational institutions and other stakeholders beyond the project’s lifecycle.
