On May 20, 2025, the second online meeting of our project was successfully conducted. During the meeting, important developments and future planning related to the project were discussed.
Topics Discussed in the Meeting:
- Financial Transfers
The Municipality of Pego informed that they had contacted the National Agency, which confirmed that the grant funds would be transferred to the Municipality as soon as possible. Once received, all partners will be notified, and the distribution process will begin. - Upcoming Meeting in Turkey
The next transnational project meeting will take place in mid-September in Turkey. The Turkish partner will prepare the InfoPack and share it with all partners by the next online meeting.
During the meeting in Turkey, the Training Program—which will later be implemented at the local level—will be presented, and the agenda will also include discussions on the next steps of the project. - Dissemination Activities
- The Turkish partner will develop and maintain the official project website.
- The Hungarian partner will design the project logo and draft the dissemination strategy.
- All partners agreed to use their own social media channels to support the dissemination of project activities and results.
- Next Online Meeting
The next online meeting is scheduled for June 25th at 10:00 AM CET.
With this meeting, another significant step was taken towards achieving the key milestones of the project.
