On September 1, 2025, an online meeting was held to assess the current status of the project. The meeting is considered a crucial milestone in the project process, as it paved the way for the completion of preparations before the face-to-face meeting to be held in Bozüyük, Turkey, on October 16, 2025. Preparations for the upcoming Bozüyük meeting were particularly prominent. In the first part of the meeting, participants reviewed the project schedule, clarifying the sequence of tasks and the division of responsibilities. This determined the necessary steps for the efficient and planned execution of the event, which will take place in October.
In the second part of the meeting, the content of the project activities was discussed. Participants shared their experiences on these issues and offered suggestions to develop a common understanding. Throughout the online meeting, the collaborative spirit and harmony of the project partners were evident. Participants emphasized that the meeting in Turkey would not only be a project evaluation but also a meeting that strengthened inter-institutional relationships.
This online meeting served as preparation for the Bozüyük meeting on October 16th and also led to guiding decisions regarding the work to be implemented in the future stages of the project.
