On June 25, the consortium successfully held the 3rd online project meeting, where several important updates and decisions were discussed.
The Municipality of Pego confirmed that the grant funds had been received and announced that the transfer of funds to the partners would be executed next week. In addition, the dates for the upcoming transnational meeting in Turkey were officially set: partners will travel on 15 September, attend the main project meeting on 16 September, and return on 17 September. The Turkish partners will prepare and share the draft agenda for this meeting, while all partners are invited to review it and suggest any additions or changes.
Regarding dissemination and project visibility, the Hungarian partners presented several logo proposals for the project. A vote will be conducted to select the final design, after which all partners will publish project information—together with the official project logo and the EU co-funded logo—on their websites and social media channels.
To strengthen communication among the consortium, partners agreed to establish a WhatsApp group. For this purpose, each partner is requested to share their phone numbers with Marina. Furthermore, the Turkish partners will lead the development of the official project website, with the first version expected to be presented during the meeting in Turkey.
Finally, the consortium scheduled its next online meeting for 1 September 2025 at 10:00 CET, where further progress on the project will be reviewed.
