An International Project Meeting was Held in Bozüyük, Türkiye

On October 16, 2025, the international project partners gathered in the Bozüyük district of Bilecik for a comprehensive project meeting. At the meeting, which attracted participants from various countries, key topics related to the project process were discussed and discussions were held to strengthen collaborations.

In the first part of the meeting, the project partners introduced their respective institutions and shared general information. Representatives from Ajuntament de Pego from Spain, ERFEY Bilişim ve Danışmanlık from Turkey, and Berek Barátja Egyesület from Hungary provided detailed information to the participants about their institutions’ work and their potential contributions to the project. The work to be carried out under Activity 1 was then discussed. This part detailed the tasks to be undertaken, and discussions were held on the training curriculum to be implemented throughout the project. The training roadmap was shared, and participants exchanged ideas to contribute to making the program more efficient. The meeting then evaluated project management and financial monitoring processes. Dissemination efforts to ensure the project’s outcomes reach a wider audience were also discussed. Quality assurance and evaluation mechanisms were also discussed, and a shared understanding was developed to ensure the project progressed in a transparent, measurable, and sustainable manner.

Following this, the participants had the opportunity to inspect the robotics work being carried out in Bozüyük on-site. During this review, they evaluated how the local work aligned with the project objectives. At the end of the day, the delegation visited the Bozüyük District Governor’s Office and held official meetings to promote the project to a wider audience and secure further local support.
